She has never had any serious relationships, but she does have kind of a non-official thing going on with this guy named Ryo (Greg in the DIC *ahhh! evil evil!* dub), and she and Taiki-chan also seem to have some sparks that fly whenever they're together (but unfortunately he's in another galaxy right now).

She is the senshi of water, being of the planet Mercury. Her name Mizuno Ami in Japanese litterally means "friend of water".

But Ami is also very shy. She blushes a lot more often than the other senshi at simple things, and she is hesitant to be outgoing towards new people. But, once she becomes your friend, she is your friend for life.

Ami is a sweet person, a true friend, and above-all, she's never afraid to tell her dreams, and her thoughts about what's really important. Ami is one of the biggest dreamers out of the senshi. She is level-headed and practical about every-day life, but her ideals are of the highest degree, and she sticks to them. You don't see her going after every cute face like the others do. She goes for the pretty face with something behind it, and won't settle for anything less than what she wants--that's why she hasn't hooked up with anybody yet. It's because her standards are so high ^_^! I once took a personality test which said that my personality was most like Sailormercury. If that's true, I'm really flattered.
